InvokeAI is a web-based image generation app for Stable Diffusion and Flux models with an artist-friendly canvas for inpainting, outpainting and layering, plus node workflows and a model manager. It is the most designer-oriented of the local image tools.

Invoke's hosted service shut down in October 2025 when its founding team joined Adobe; the Apache-2.0 app continues as a community-maintained open-source project.
